Using moulds also means that our parts are consistent – in regards to both quality and size.
Even the quick installation process is low cost and hassle free as there is no need to cut parts for the installation of our products. Installation can be done on premises with the minimal amount of fuss.
The life cycle of our products is estimated to exceed the average of similar products. Our modular system allows, for example, for only the damaged part of the seat to be replaced if necessary. And, all chair parts, especially the aluminium ones, can be reused.
We understand the intensive work environments that our products are required to perform in. Therefore, the high quality durable materials and stable construction that we use lends to the product lifespan – even in the event of a crash. Tests performed by Autoliv have shown that, according to the HSC code, our products can withstand a 12G crash test, either alone or installed on a deck rail.
